The National Rural Health Resource Center (The Center ) is proud to provide comprehensive technical assistance to selected hospitals and communities through the Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program  on behalf of the  Delta Regional Authority (DRA)  and the Health Resources Services Administration’s  Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) . We are hiring a full time Program Specialist for this new program. The position will be remote from the Center’s main office in Minnesota, located in the south with preference in the Mississippi Delta Region. It requires at least four years of experience in health care, community planning and development, public health, business or a related area. Knowledge of Delta Region rural health issues and hospitals desired. It includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Deaconess Health System in Evansville, IN has a formal management agreement with Gibson General Hospital Board of Directors to ensure the continued success of a long standing Critical Access Hospital in Southern Indiana.
Deaconess Health System is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer for Gibson General Hospital.  The CFO will be an employee of Deaconess Hospital.
Job Summary includes:
The Chief Financial Officer administers, directs and monitors all hospital financial activities and keeps the Gibson General Hospital CEO, Deaconess Leadership and the GGH Board of Directors informed of the financial condition of the organization   Will develop financial goals and objectives for the organization, provides proactive and sound guidance regarding management of assets and investments, and financial trends within the organization.  Also will be actively involved in hospital leadership, organizational performance and the growth of a team-oriented culture.  This position will be on-site in Princeton, IN.

 Successful CFO candidates will possess the following:  
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field with CPA preferred;
· Masters in accounting or healthcare administration preferred;
· Minimum of five years hospital financial management experience required;
· Prior hospital CFO experience preferred;
· Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
